Fee Information for Parents
At our setting, we are committed to transparency and clarity regarding all charges and funding. Please read the following carefully to understand what is included in your fees and what may incur additional costs.
Meals and Snacks
Fees above do not include meals and snacks. Children are entitled to bring their own meals or participate in our community warm lunches, tea, and snacks. Home-Packed lunches and snacks will not be shared with other children.
If you wish for your child to take part in the community meals or tea, an additional fee will be charged.
Extra curricular activities
We offer mini sports, bilingual beats and gymnastics sessions throughout the year. These take place in the afternoons sessions and are payable as extra.
Payments and Direct Debit
• Fees are calculated monthly and already reflect our annual closure dates.
• Payments are made via Direct Debit on the 1st of each month.
• We require a minimum of 5 days attendance per week for all funded places.
Government Funding (Stretched Offer) see Free Entitlement Offer Sheet.
• Government funding covers 38 weeks per year (term time only).
• We are open 46 weeks per year and stretch the funded hours across this time, meaning you get 25 hours per week funding instead of 30 hours or 12.5 hours instead of 15 hours entitlement per week.
• A minimum of 5 days attendance is required for funded places.
• You may still receive a monthly charge if:
• Your child attends during non-funded weeks (outside the 38-week term).
• You use additional hours or services not covered by funding.
For more on eligibility, visit: childcarechoices.gov.uk
Please note: The after-school club is not included in the government-funded hours and will be charged separately.
Fees and Absences
• Our fees reflect closure periods during holidays.
• We do not offer refunds for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or bank holidays.
Payment Methods
We accept:
• Childcare vouchers
• Tax-Free Childcare payments
Annual Fee Increases
Fees are reviewed annually and typically increase in September by 3–5% to account for rising costs, including staff salaries and rent.
Retainer and Deposit
• A retainer equivalent to one month’s fee is required to secure non-funded hours or additional services (including meals and extended hours from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, or 8:30 AM to 10:30PM). Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details on refunds and commitment timelines.
• If you are only accessing the free entitlement hours (30 hrs 10:30 AM to 3:30PM) or (15 hrs 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM), a £50 retainer is required to secure your child’s place. This amount is refundable within one month of starting.
• One month notice is required to remove a child from the Free funding hours.
More notice is required to remove a child from the fee paying portion of the hours. For full details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions or speak to a member of our team.
