The morning session is between 8:30am and 12:30pm. Please could you make sure you child is at the Nursery by 8:45am at the latest.
If you child is unhappy at the gate we encourage you to say goodbye to your child and leave. Children will almost always settle very quickly when their parent has left. We will text you only if your child is not happy. We would not let a child cry for more than forty-five minutes without calling you.
Please could you ensure that your child is picked up promptly at 12:30pm or 3.30pm. We will never hand over your child to anyone we do not know or who has not been specifically authorised by you. If you have a nanny, carer or relative who will be collecting your child on a regular basis, please ensure that he or she meets us personally before collection.
Should you require your child to be picked up a by a person who is not known to us, please contact us to let us know as soon as is reasonably possible. You will be provided with a password to give your contact at the gate.
